Join us in the Wine Loft as sake sommelier Tika Maya Vujovic as she introduces us to the world of premium Japanese sake. Tika has expertly paired the following sakes with a selection of premium international cheeses. Guests will also enjoy a Japanese rice lager from Echigo Koshihikari (Japan’s first craft brewery) on arrival.
