he drinks that match terrines are many and varied, however, as the art of making pate originated in France, we thought we would start here! We have paired 5 exceptional French wines with the terrines, pates and rillettes by Poached Pear, each of which is being specially hand-made for this event. These are labour intensive products that require an immense amount of skill to prepare and Chef Adam Bielawski, owner and creator of the Poached Pear, joins us to take us through his original recipes.
